Scottsdale, AZ-based Maintenance Made Simple (MMS) is an international franchise organization specializing in residential and commercial property maintenance services. Handling everything from minor repairs and maintenance to property improvements, MMS fills an important gap between simple handyman services and behemoth remodeling companies. MMS develops long-term relationships with customers to ensure that their ongoing property upkeep is handled professionally and reliably. By utilizing MMS, clients receive peace of mind that allows them to focus on more important things – such as being more productive or simply relaxing and enjoying life. Our Guarantee

Maintenance Made Simple is a customer-focused solution provider dedicated to re-defining the service experience for residential and commercial customers.  Our goal is to make maintenance simple for consumers, and to become their lifelong ‘go to’ partner for home and commercial maintenance.  MMS develops long-term relationships with customers to ensure that their ongoing property upkeep is handled professionally and reliably.  We understand our customer’s needs for availability and quality craftsmanship.   Each independently owned and operated MMS franchise offers a limited one-year warranty¹ on ALL work performed.  We will complete all work in a timely manner according to professional, industry standard practices.  In addition, our craftsmen are licensed, bonded and insured.

**Each Maintenance Made Simple office is independently owned and locally operated. State, County, and Local regulations vary by location. To be in compliance of regulations, not all services are offered by every MMS location.

¹ Warranty. MMS agrees to provide a limited one year warranty on all labor services provided as part of the Work ("Warranty"). Certain exceptions apply, including, normal wear and tear, nail pops, material failures, additional damage due to material failure, acts of nature, advertising misprints, repairs in which we do not fix the cause/source of the problem, damages caused by external material defects, damages resulting from improper use or "client" not following instructions as determined by MMS. Any alteration or deviation from standard practices as directed by Client will void the Warranty. This Warranty is not transferable.
